The company is engaged in the distribution and supply of liquefied petroleum gas. It is also involved in bulk storage of liquid industrial products, petroleum, chemicals, fertilizers and foodstuffs for third parties, and the logistics and distribution of petroleum products, notably liquid petroleum gas. The company was incorporated in April of 1997 and conducts business operations from its registered head office located in El Prat De Llobregat, Spain. The company is a subsidiary of a French multinational, Vitogaz, which specializes in the supply of liquefied petroleum gas. Vitogaz is a member of the Rubis, Europe's third leading independent distributor of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and the number one independent company in France for storing industrial liquid products.
